The quarterly informational and analytical bulletin “Human Rights in Central Asia” No. 8. Oct-Dec 2010
This newsletter was published as part of the project “Human Rights Protection and Human Rights Education in Central Asia” with EU support, it contains the most comprehensive information about the project’s activities in the region (round tables, public discussions, trainings), as well as the most interesting and resonant publications on human rights, published on the IWPR website. The bulletin recipients are employees of government agencies, human rights NGOs and media organizations in three countries of the region (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan), as well as independent human rights defenders from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, currently residing in Europe.
