In this module, you will consider social media as a tool for creating a community and communicating information, as well as tone for communicating with subscribers on different social media, and posts’ design.

This module continues exploring the topic of building an active community. The authors will tell you how to make the audience communicate on their own, including work with comments and user-generated content.

The final module of the course focuses on social media performance assessment and digital platform strategies.
