Study on digital rights: access to information and freedom of expression in Kazakhstan
“Study on digital rights: access to information and freedom of expression in Kazakhstan” was carried out by the PF "Wings of Liberty" and IWPR as part of a project funded by the European Union – “Kazakhstan Uncensored”.
The study consists of two parts: 1. Legal review and 2. Sociological part.
This sociological part of the study on freedom of expression and digital rights in Kazakhstan is revealed by the results of a survey of representatives of media workers, as well as human rights activists, media lawyers, and journalists. The review includes the sociologist's conclusions and recommendations.
