Essentials of Climate Change Knowledge and Communications

The introductory module will acquaint you with one of the most pressing global challenges of the modern world - climate change, give you a clear understanding of its sources and consequences, reveal the negative manifestations around the world, and in particular in our region. New terminology will help to make your materials more professional and concise (this module is available only in Russian language)

The second module will provide information on specific climate change impact mitigation measures, practical adaptation projects from the global experience and the CA region. You will be able to structure specific directions and topics that can be covered in a climate context. You will also learn about climate policy and activism, which have been leading topics in the global media in recent years (this module is available only in Russian language)

This module will introduce you to recommendations for preparing future materials on climate change: what tools to use, where to find scientific data and how to adapt it for a wide audience, and what to leave out in order to avoid confusion. Examples of specific multi-format articles, multimedia projects and interviews will provide a comprehensive overview and new ideas for future work (this module is available only in Russian language)
